Error Code 227 - Guild Wars Forums

Hi, last time I logged into Guild Wars was about 5 days ago and everything was fine, I went to play tonight and for some reason I just cannot log-in whatsoever, I've tried all the email addresses and passwords that I know (including the one I used to log in 5 days ago), I even reset my password, and entered the new one they sent to my email and it still doesn't let me log-in so obviously something is wrong here. Also tried every character name on my account + left it blank, no difference. Anyone have any ideas what's wrong? Just sent a ticket to NCSoft about it but don't really expect any response from them anytime soon... Thanks.

E: Forgot to say I can log-in to my secondary account without any problems at all.
